Fradely Delacruz is an Afro-Latina with a Dominican-American background. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in applied research and community organizing from Monmouth University.
Her academic framework consists of research methodology, law and society, community engagement and development, and international relations.
Fradely is currently a research fellow for CHLI conducting research on imposter syndrome and how this impacts the Latinx community. Before this position, Fradely was a program and communication intern in Fall 2021 for CHLI.
In the foreseeable future, she intends on building on her research and data analysis skills via a research fellowship position. While aspiring to work in research and survivor consultancy.
