Internships & Administration Manager

Nicole Marín is an Internships & Administration Manager for the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI). She joined the organization in September of 2020 as a Programs & Communications Intern and then stayed on as a full-time member of the team.

Nicole is a proud Puerto Rican from the town of Naguabo, having been born and raised on the island. Growing up, she developed a particular interest in Puerto Rican history, literature, and later, a passion for politics and social issues and how these take effect in her generation. This led her to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Political Science focused on Government, Law, and Public Policy from the University of Puerto Rico-Río Piedras.

Ms. Marín is a firm believer in diversity and an advocate for education as a tool for her generation to seek positive results for all.
