The CHLI Future Leaders Conference prepares the next generation of leaders by convening over 200 students, interns, young professionals, Congressional staff, corporate executives and community leaders at an annual conference.

The Conference brings together Members of Congress, distinguished corporate, government and non-profit leaders for panel discussions that encourage and promote public service, leadership and entrepreneurship among today’s young adults.

The CHLI Future Leaders Conference provides students the opportunity to make career building connections with their peers and leaders in their potential career fields.

The conference takes place in Washington, D.C. This year the program will be in-person and virtual to provide more college students and young professionals from across the country, the opportunity to participate. Students and young professionals have the opportunity to make career-building connections and gather advice from leaders in their potential career fields.
