Sofía is a Psychology graduate from Madrid, Spain since July 2021, with a specialization in Organizational Psychology at the Autonomous University of Madrid.  She studied a semester at the Prague College of Psychosocial Studies as an Erasmus+ Program student during 2020.

Prior to joining CHLI, Sofía interned in two different organizations. From January to June 2021, she was part of the Training and Selection Department of Ilunion, a service company that promotes employability to people with disabilities. After that, from September to December 2021, she joined Catenon, an international HR and Talent consultancy firm.

Throughout her professional experience, she has developed a profound interest in bringing a human perspective to the new work dynamics, connecting personal and professional skills with the constant technological advances and digital and hybrid formats.
