Mercedes “Mercy” Santiesteban is the Finance Manager at the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI).  She joined CHLI in September 2023 after working in the banking industry for over thirty years.  Mercy is a Miami native and started her banking career in 1988 as a Teller. Through hard work and dedication, she established herself as a respected banker and after numerous promotions, became Vice President and Branch Administrator of Pacific National Bank in Miami, FL.
