Tunde is a mission-driven, goal-oriented professional with 17+ years of end-to-end management in education, workforce development, social impact programming, with a track record of creating systems that help guide organizational thought leadership and translating data to business concepts that define and drive strategic alliances, policy positions & revenue growth.
Currently, Tunde serves as the Director of Diversity and Workforce Development Policy at HP Inc, where he is responsible for developing and implementing policies in the areas of DEI, digital equity, education and workforce skills first hiring. Prior to this, he served as the Global Education Impact Manager, where he led educational programming and partnerships that intersected with HP’s social impact goals.
Tunde holds an MBA degree from Penn State Smeal College of Business, as well as a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. He is a strong believer in the power of education and is passionate about creating opportunities for underrepresented communities to succeed.
