Lacey Golonka is currently the Community Affairs Manager with Molson Coors Beverage Company where she executes strategic and effective outreach to diverse organizations and communities. She also works to engage employees in supporting community partners through volunteer and matching gift programs. Ms. Lacey is also responsible for engaging, aligning, and managing local community-based nonprofit organizations.
Prior to her role with Molson Coors, she spent 7 years at Xcel Energy as the Inclusion and Diversity Consultant and Social Investments Lead. As the Inclusion and Diversity Consultant for Xcel Energy she was responsible for veteran and diversity recruitment, hiring, programs and partnerships ensuring a smooth transition for service members in the workplace. In her time as the Social Investments Lead with Xcel Energy she planned and implemented social investment initiatives and programs that strengthened the company’s position as a visible community leader to meet specified company goals. She was responsible for foundation grants, executing the United Way workplace giving campaign, community events sponsorship, employee volunteerism, nonprofit board placements and special events management.
Ms. Lacey has served over 19 years in the Army National Guard where she has four combat tours. She is still currently serving as a Master Sergeant in the Colorado Army National Guard. For over 15 years, Lacey has worked to serve military service members and veterans having worked as a DoD contractor for the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command (JPAC) to bring back remains of POW/MIAs, and as a Congressional Staffer for U.S. Senator Michael Bennet.
Lacey is a proud member of VFW Post 1 and continues to serve on the board for the Colorado Governor Appointed Board of Veteran Affairs, Red Cross Associate Board, Community College of Foundation, and the Asian Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Golonka is a born and raised in Hawaii and currently lives in Castle Rock, Colorado with her husband. Her interests include surfing, hunting, and hiking.
