Kayla Garcia is the community affairs manager at Molson Coors Beverage Company based in Golden, Colorado. Kayla is responsible for managing community partnerships in Colorado and works to carry forward the strong legacy and heritage of Coors Brewing Company throughout Colorado. Kayla is also responsible for managing Molson Coors Beverage Company’s national partnerships with the United Way and Hispanic, Asian, and sustainability organizations.
Prior to her role at Molson Coors Beverage Company, Kayla served as the VP of Resource Development for Mile High United Way where she led fundraising, strategy, and growth for the organization. Kayla raised more than $28 million dollars annually for the Denver Metro Area and developed a social impact program providing philanthropic, employee engagement, and volunteer services to advance social responsibility and nonprofit partnerships in metro Denver. Kayla has more than ten years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors and is committed to serving the Colorado community.
Outside of her professional career, Kayla is an active member in the Denver community. She is a volunteer at Girls Inc., Mile High United Way, and Denver Metro Leadership Foundation. She is a graduate of the Denver Metro Leadership Foundation and Downtown Denver Partnerships leadership programs. Kayla has served on the board of Rocky Mountain Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation, Garcia Foundation, Denver Inner City Parish, and South High School Alumni Foundation.
Kayla is a graduate of Colorado State University and has a certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. Kayla is a proud Colorado native and resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband, Joseph.
