Francisco joined Pfizer’s Federal team in Washington, DC in 2021 and is responsible for the company’s outreach to House Democrats.
He previously worked in the Office of Congresswoman Nanette Barragán where he served as her District Director. Francisco began his career on Capitol Hill as a staff member in the Office of Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi. He also worked for the House Appropriations Committee, Subcommittee on Financial Services and General Government.
Francisco served in various posts in the Obama Administration, including Deputy Assistant Secretary for Intergovernmental and External Affairs at the Department of Energy. Prior to that, he held several positions at the Department of the Interior.
Francisco earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA, and a Master’s of Science degree in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Johns Hopkins University.
