Combiz Abdolrahimi is ServiceNow’s vice president and global head of government affairs and public policy. In this role, he leads ServiceNow’s global government affairs, public policy, and advocacy efforts, shaping and advancing ServiceNow’s strategic efforts globally. Based out of Washington, D.C., but originally hailing from San Diego via Texas, Combiz brings two decades of experience at the highest levels of government and industry, navigating the complex intersections of business, technology, policy, regulation, politics, and the law. His career includes leadership positions at The White House, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Treasury, U.S. Department of Commerce, United Nations, and the U.S. Senate. Additionally, he has held influential roles in the private sector, notably at Deloitte and as CEO & Founder of two technology startups.
Combiz is recognized for his strategic foresight and visionary leadership, which have been crucial in driving digital transformation across governments and commercial enterprises worldwide. His expertise encompasses a wide array of domains and spaces, including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, IT, governance, procurement, digital assets and crypto, tokenization, blockchain, digital transformation, tax, trade, financial services, healthcare, workforce, energy, and smart cities. A national security and technology lawyer, Combiz is a graduate of UCLA, American University of Beirut, and Georgetown Law.
