Sara Garcia is a 2019 graduate of the University of California, San Diego, with a B.A. in political science and international relations. She is California native and currently works for Rep. Patrick McHenry (NC-10) as Director of Operations. Sara is an alum of former Member Rep. Van Taylor and The Home Depot Government Affairs office. She looks forward to advancing CHLI’s mission of diversity of thought, connecting young professionals with one another, and removing financial barriers in higher education for the Hispanic/Latino community as Treasurer. In her free time, she dances traditional Mexican folk dance.
