Lucinda Andrea Borque is a dynamic leader with over a decade of experience in program management, executive administration, and strategic professional development. She holds a Master’s in Political Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University. Throughout her career, Lucinda has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, mentorship, and organizational growth, particularly within government, nonprofit, and legal sectors.
Currently, Lucinda serves as a Senior Executive Assistant and Political Consultant at Worldwide Legal Services, where she manages high-level operations, advises on strategic initiatives, and fosters professional development among legal and administrative teams. She also contributed to healthcare advocacy as a Senior Executive Assistant & Researcher at the Global Healthy Living Foundation, where she leads a nationwide study on Rheumatoid Arthritis in underserved Hispanic communities.
Previously, Lucinda held key roles at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (DHS), the U.S. House of Representatives, and various leadership positions in corporate and academic settings. She has successfully overseen large-scale initiatives, organized leadership training programs, and served as a mentor to rising professionals. Her experience in government affairs, strategic planning, and workforce development makes her well-equipped to support CHLI alumni in advancing their careers.
