Eduardo Arabu

Eduardo Arabu is an award-winning association executive and diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at the National Hispanic Corporate Council where he advises Fortune 1000 corporations how to elevate Hispanic talent, customers, suppliers, community relations, and ERG strategies. He also leads the Latino DEI Collective and is a strategic partner for the Consortium for Employee Organizations (CLEO).

Eduardo has earned a Master of Science degree in public policy and management from Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Northeastern Illinois University. Recently, he completed a DEI in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida’s Muma School of Business. He is a 2023-2025 DELP Fellow with the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
