Francesca Jordan is the Director of Federal Government Affairs for Dell Technologies. Before joining Dell, Francesca was a Senior Vice-President at Forbes-Tate Partners where she led strategy and advocacy for various clients in the government relations field. She consulted in particular on healthcare, technology, and oversight policy areas.
Prior to joining Forbes Tate Partners, Francesca worked on Capitol Hill on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, for Ranking Member Elijah E. Cummings. Francesca has collaborated on various projects involving healthcare investigations, federal agency oversight, and postal legislation. Additionally, she managed the Committee’s Intergovernmental Subcommittee, which oversaw federal and state relations topics.
Francesca graduated with honors from The Citadel the Military College of South Carolina and has a Masters in Public Health from American Public University. Francesca serves on the board of the Washington Government Relations Group Foundation, Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Corporate Advisory Council, and the Black Women’s Congressional Alliance.
