There are many ways you can show your commitment to CHLI. Each volunteer will receive a certificate of community service to CHLI.
CHLI offers companies and organizations interested in demonstrating commitment to Hispanic leadership, sponsorship opportunities for its many programs. Sponsorship opportunities provide multiple platforms to enhance shareholder value by aligning with an organization that promotes diversity of thought and youth leadership development.
In 2003, the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI) was born from the desire of Members of Congress to help college students of Hispanic background to aspire to public service.
Celebrating CHLI’s 21st year, hundreds of college students have experienced and benefitted from the CHLI Global Leaders internship and fellowship programs. Over 300 CHLI alumni are promoting diversity of thought across our country.
The We Belong Scholarship Campaign was established in 2020 with the goal of tripling the number of CHLI Global Leader internships. We have currently doubled the number of paid internships we host and with your support, you will help ensure that more students have the opportunity to participate in the CHLI Global Leader Program. For many students, the exposure to the Hill and to corporate America, changes the trajectory of their lives—and as a result—elevates our communities and our country.
