Allison Weinberg serves as a senior manager at the American Petroleum Institute (API), the largest trade association representing nearly 600 members across all aspects of America’s natural gas and oil industry.

In her role at API, Allison oversees workforce, supply chain and community programs to provide continuous learning opportunities for the natural gas and oil industry. Through innovative programming, strategic partnerships, and industry thought-leadership, Allison’s work expands talent and supplier pipelines with a keen focus on diverse representation and drives meaningful change for communities in which the industry operates. Throughout her tenure at API, Allison has contributed to business operations and cross-organizational projects that both advance and sustain API Principles and strategic priorities.

Prior to joining API, Allison worked at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Prudential Advisors, specializing in corporate relations, event management and operations. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband, Brian, and their rescue dog, Lana.
