Tia L. McGill serves as the Operations and Administrative Manager for the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute. She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland.

Tia has many years of experience in the area of accounting and has worked in various industries which includes Hospitality, Legal and Technology. Although her background is in Accounting, Tia has always felt that working in the area of Human Resources would be a rewarding experience. It would provide the opportunity to influence the wellbeing and productivity of employees in the workplace by creating a more positive workplace culture.

Tia is one who focuses on creating and maintaining a safe space where all are included and equally equipped to thrive.
